Do I need an appointment?
Not mandatory, but recommended: booking online gives you a guaranteed real slot with no waiting. You can book on the website in under a minute or via WhatsApp with Gesti, our assistant.
How much is a wash?
Express exterior from €9.99 (15–20 min). Premium full wash around €27.99 (50 min). Detailing and treatments from €19.99. Prices always visible before booking.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00 (lunch break), Saturdays 9:00–14:00, Sundays closed.
How long does a wash take?
Express: 15–20 minutes. Premium full: about 50 minutes. Detailing: 1–8 hours depending on the service; we book a window and notify you.
Hand wash or automatic?
By hand, with active foam and a scratch-free method — that's why the paint comes out without the micro-scratches typical of wash tunnels.
Where exactly are you?
Av. Bartolomé Paños Pérez 31, San Javier (Murcia), in the commercial area by the town centre, 5 minutes from Santiago de la Ribera. Free parking in front.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 2 hours before: message us on WhatsApp with your GES-XXXX code and we'll move it right away.
Do you have a loyalty card?
Yes, a digital one: you start with 1 of 6 stamps already earned, and completing the card gets you a discounted wash. No paper — it's all tied to your phone.
Do you work with businesses and fleets?
Yes, with special volume rates and monthly invoicing. Message us on WhatsApp for a proposal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash and card. Detailing services may require a €5 deposit to hold the bay.
